Schedule:

• Full-time
• 8-hour shift (Flexible start time after probationary period)
• Hybrid remote in Marietta, GA
• One work from home day per week
• Flex schedule available every day

Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounts Payable preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Office working environment preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude and strong character
• Highly organized and resourceful

Our Accounts Payable Clerk will:

• Enter vendor invoices and related credits
• Assist Accounts Payable Specialist with vendor account reconciliations
• Interact with Project Managers and Vendors to resolve complex purchase orders and invoice issues
• Assist Receptionist with phone duties
• Additional tasks as assigned
