In the Insurance Sales position, you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused 
on providing insurance products to help client protect their homes, and cars, along with any other products we offer. 
Insurance Sales Responsibilities Include: Prospecting and generating new business through superior leads & referrals; 
conducting policy reviews; Generating quotes; Relationship building; providing excellent client support.
Insurance Sales Requirements Include: A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with one-year insurance 
agency experience preferred; Unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain their Personal lines license will also 
be considered; Confident, self-starter who works well independently; Must have the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding 
insurance product sales, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing.

Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and English in written and oral (Required)
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property Casualty licenses preferred/required.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
