About Us:

Andaluca Restaurant, a renowned fine dining establishment located within the historic Mayflower Park Hotel, is currently seeking a Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early riser with a passion for hospitality to be part of a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle payments accurately, following established procedures
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with opening, setup, restocking, and breakdown duties
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience preferred
  • WA Food Handler's Card/MAST permit
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling is a plus
