Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in El Paso, TX. Work Schedule:
✦Monday, Tuesday and Thursday = 8 am - 5 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)
✦Wednesday = 7 am - 7 pm (lunch 12 pm - 1 pm)

Qualifications:
✦Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
✦Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
✦Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in primary care or FQHC settings is a plus.
✦Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical diagnostics, and primary care procedures.
✦Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, empathy, and adaptability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
✦Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute/chronic conditions.
✦Develop personalized care plans tailored to patient needs, emphasizing preventive care and health education.
✦Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
✦Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
✦Participate in community health initiatives to improve access and outcomes for underserved populations.
