Job Title Financial Billing Analyst What does a successful Financial Billing Analyst do at Fiserv? The Financial Billing Analyst is responsible for managing new client implementations and client renewals, directing data conversions when required, and addressing client inquiries regarding invoicing and problem resolution. This individual works as an internal subject matter expert within Finance Shared Services and collaborates both within and outside the immediate work group to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of assigned Fiserv billing functions. What you will do:

• Perform business analysis as it pertains to client database, researching billing history, posting invoices, preparing and validating billing feeds, trend analysis on results to determine data errors and validation of corrections of the data prior to invoicing clients.
• Ensure client billing is recorded timely and accurately for revenue cycles.
• Prioritize tasks and adheres to communicated timelines.
• Contribute to the revenue cycle through collaboration and attention to detail.
• Ensure that client implementations are successful, standard procedures are followed, and data is complete.
• Review client contracts for action and implementation.
• Verify exception and audit reports.

What you will need to have:

• Microsoft Excel (including large data sets, Macros, V Look-up, and Pivot tables).
• Professional work experience in customer service and/or military/internship experience.
• Associates or an equivalent combination of education and military experience.
