Location: Warrington, Malvern, or Easton, PA

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 annually

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic GIS Manager to lead and expand our Geographic Information Systems initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts to enhance GIS capabilities within the organization.
• Present and promote GIS solutions to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Develop detailed business proposals, scopes of work, and comprehensive reports.
• Manage and oversee GIS project requests and corporate initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Plan, organize, and lead the development and implementation of GIS solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
• Conduct quality assurance for GIS products and processes.
• Stay current with GIS systems and technological advancements.
• Procure and maintain datasets from federal, state, and local sources.
• Assist in publishing web services, maps, and applications.
• Utilize ArcGIS to produce precise information products, including maps and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in GIS, with proven management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS technology (ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Enterprise, Mobile).
• Experience in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Proven ability to build and implement ESRI solutions.
• Familiarity with municipal datasets and underground utility networks.
• Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Strong research and grant writing skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online products.
• Strong experience with ESRI online tools.
• Advanced programming and scripting skills.
• Experience in municipal government environments is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in municipal, utility, or public sector GIS applications.
• Hands-on experience with both technical and client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven business development skills with a focus on client engagement and growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and drive business growth.
