Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate content creation, manage social media and digital platforms, and help ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the marketing field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or HubSpot.
Support the planning and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows.
Help maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor inventory of promotional materials and reorder as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar).
Familiarity with basic design and content creation principles.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
