We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician in Leominster, MA.   • Previous experience in mold making, repair, or modification

Responsibilities

  • Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment
  • Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment
  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation
  • Review and interpret drawings and models
  • Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards
  • Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Relevant experience in mold making or manufacturing technician roles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred
