Maisons, Marques & Domaines USA, Inc. is seeking an engaged contributor to join our team as an Order Entry and Sales Support Specialist. We are looking for someone to bring energy and passion to the role. The role reports to the Director of Procurement. The position interacts regularly with the sales team, our distributors, and accounting. The position is based in Oakland and reports to the office Monday-Friday
This is a Full-Time, Salaried Non-Exempt position with benefits located in our Oakland office.
Job duties:
Order Processing: (~80%)ALL\tIdentify coding for each item, including wine brand and vintage,
\tProcessing of orders in Dynamics SL,
\tConfirming receipt and processing with distributors, communication of any outages and future availability
\tUpload of orders to third party warehouses
\tInventory and allocation files upkeep
Logistics & Compliance: (~20%)
\tCoordinate and release of Distributor's orders
\tCoordinate inventory receipt with warehouses by providing suppliers shipments information
\tProvide import documents to distributors Customs brokers
Other Tasks:
\tServe as backup to Sales Services Administrator
\tWork closely with Inventory & Revenue Accountant in reconciling inventory issues
\tAssist distributors in resolving pricing/shipment issues
\tPrice coding by sales channels (yearly)
Qualifications:
An Associate degree or equivalent commensurate experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (min. VLOOKUP, Pyvot tables)
ERP Software experience, MS Dynamics SL a plus
Accounting background a plus
Effective time management and self-accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy and outgoing personality
Experience in the wine industry is preferred
Inventory allocation understanding, experience preferred
Industry compliance understanding and ability to learn
A minimum of 2 years of customer service and data entry experience
