We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support buyer agents by hosting open houses, showing homes, and learning strategies that drive success. This role is perfect for someone who is newly licensed or completing real estate coursework and ready to dive in full-time. • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Follow the team plan

• Sales scripts mastery

Qualifications:

• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Real estate license
• Great communication
• Must live in the market area
