We seek an ambitious and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key player in building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. As a Sales Associate, you'll also be an integral part of our collaborative efforts with the marketing, product, sales, and engagement teams to craft and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert target business audiences.

 

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Our Sales Associates cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with business clients & consumers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads through research, networking, and innovative marketing strategies
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential consumers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and overall business objectives
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide clients with informed, value-driven solutions
  • Regularly report on sales activities and key performance metrics
 

Qualifications for the Sales Associate Role: 

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience is also sufficient
  • 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing,sales, or a similar role 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to execute in person sales presentations
  • Ability to handle objections and overturn questions or complaints professionally
  • The ability to stay organized and handle multiple task simultaneously 
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven and customer-first mindset
