As a **Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol** in **San Jose, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a dynamic location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to respond promptly to incidents, assist visitors and employees, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Join our team and contribute to a workplace where teamwork and integrity are at the core of everything we do. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
