Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on  Tech Lead/Senior with a strong background in  Node.js, TypeScript, databases , and  AI system design . This is a strategic, part-time position (2–4 hours/day, 2–3 times per week) ideal for a lead developer who wants to have a significant impact while maintaining flexibility and developing a project from scratch. The project is about migration of the entire client’s platform from .Net to Node.js stack, interface improvement and adding new functionality, including developing modern AI documents analysing module. 

Customer Overview:

Our client is a modern Swedish legal services bureau combining deep legal expertise with digital innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define development tasks and directions for the development team. 
• Lead the development work of the main platform migration and the AI-based documents analysing module. 
• Guide and review the development team’s progress and made technical decisions. 
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions. 

Skills/Requirements:

• 6+ years in software development with a focus on backend systems. 
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and database design (SQL/Prisma). 
• Experience integrating and developing AI/ML APIs (ChatGPT-like). 
• Strategic thinking with strong communication skills. 
• Experience with Azure Cloud is a plus.
