Job Description

Our client's marketing team is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social marketing efforts for multiple titles. This role requires extensive experience in entertainment social marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong perspective based on experience, a creative eye, thrive in collaboration, and be adaptable.

13 Month Contract

Onsite 4 days a week

Entertainment/Streaming experience required

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing multiple social marketing campaigns including community management and strategy.
• Managing external agencies to ensure high-quality social media campaigns from creative production to fan engagement.
• Collaborating with various teams including Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand Marketing, and Research.
• Developing strong relationships with talent and studio partners.
• Capturing social content with talent.
• Diving into organic and paid social content strategies.
• Regularly analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
• Working with a team of social media marketers to achieve excellence.

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing within the entertainment industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.
• A keen creative eye and distinct point of view.
• Experience managing external agencies or partners independently.
• A proven track record of building social followings across multiple channels.
• A deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape and consumer behaviors.
• Experience presenting campaigns to both external talent and internal executives.
