What We Look For in Future Technical Product Support Hires We regularly seek professionals with : Experience supporting SaaS products in education, Kâ??12 school districts, or B2B environments Prior background in technical support, IT help desk, or systems support rolesespecially supporting school IT staff Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as DNS, firewalls, proxies, IP whitelisting, and VPNs Proficiency with helpdesk or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or Freshdesk Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users Comfort working cross-functionally with support, engineering, and product teams to escalate and resolve issues Bonus if you've supported school IT administrators, managed multiple tickets simultaneously, or worked directly with network-based tools or student-facing technologies in Kâ??12 settings.
