Thermoforming Manager - JPC58
Pay: $40,000 - 120,000/year + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Thermoforming Manager to oversee an HMW (HDPE) Sheet Extrusion Plant and Plastic Recycling Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-density polyethylene processing, technical expertise, and a strong process-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of the HMW (HDPE) Sheet Extrusion Plant and Plastic Recycling Department.
Apply hands-on expertise in high-density polyethylene processing.
Implement and optimize technical processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Manage and improve scrap recycling operations to maximize material reuse.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead, train, and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with high-density polyethylene.
Strong technical and process-oriented mindset.
Experience with scrap recycling operations.
Proven leadership and management skills in a manufacturing environment.
