Violating an out of service order while operating a CMV within the past 3 years requires a written review by safety. Convictions or pending charges for reckless/careless driving within the past 5 years will require a written review by safety Convictions or pending charges for leaving the scene of an accident within the past 7 years requires a written review by safety.
