We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Huntersville, NC . This entry-level role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced distribution environment. The associate will be responsible for picking and packaging orders, working alongside collaborative robots, assisting with inventory, and helping maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities 

• Pick customer orders using a handheld scanner, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with robots (cobots) during the order pulling process 
• Transport completed orders to the shipping audit station for final inspection and packing
• Package and label raw materials into finished products
• Print labels for finished products
• Complete production paperwork, noting quantities and material used
• Assist in unloading ocean freight containers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area
• Participate in physical inventories as required

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• No previous job experience required 
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good math and reading skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions 
• Willing to work overtime when necessary 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (this is a stand-up position)
• Visual acuity to distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects 
• Finger/wrist dexterity for computer keyboard use or handling/packaging product 
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and work as part of a team
