Position Overview Virtual Technologies Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee daily operations including shipping, imaging, product repairs, and inventory control. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all functions while managing and mentoring warehouse associates.
Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities - Supervise and support warehouse staff
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inspection of merchandise
- Manage imaging and diagnostics for tech products
- Ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve operations
- Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed (training provided)
Minimum Qualifications - 3–5 years of warehouse management experience
- Experience Managing 8-10 logistical personnel
- Timesheet Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to train
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with ISO standards or lean warehouse practices
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
- Lean-Six Sigma or ability to obtain certification
- Strong leadership in a tech-focused or electronics handling environment
- Ability to analyze warehouse data to optimize performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
