Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing
Dallas, TX
Base Salary : $110K–$130K (including bonus/profit-share): $130K–$160K+ , depending on experience and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
• Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, contracts, billing, and warranties
• Supervise Project Coordinators and Field Superintendents
• Ensure job sites meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Build strong client and vendor relationships with integrity
• Use project management tools (such as digital plans, QA/QC systems, and JHA logs)
• Review submittals, process RFIs, and support handoff to operations
• Mentor junior staff and help new team members thrive
• Resolve challenges as they arise—collaboratively and calmly
• Approve job completion for invoicing

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in roofing
• OR a 4-year degree in Construction or a related field
• Familiarity with construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, lien waivers, and insurance
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and safety standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A humble, collaborative approach—ready to lead without ego
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual preferred
• OSHA 30 certification
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
