Direct Mail Program Specialist
Hybrid (Chicago, IL or Rye Brook, NY) or Remote
Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for direct response campaigns? We're looking for an experienced Direct Mail Program Specialist to lead and optimize our direct mail marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing strategies, improving efficiencies, and driving campaign performance to generate leads and revenue growth.
This position offers flexibility, with the option to work on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in our Chicago-area or Rye Brook, NY office). For the right candidate, a fully remote arrangement may be considered.
What You'll Do
Develop, execute, and manage direct mail marketing campaigns from start to finish to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Oversee list procurement activities, collaborating with third-party vendors, databases, and mail houses.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (response rates, ROI, conversion rates) and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Test and optimize direct mail approaches, offers, and creative elements to maximize engagement and performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
What You Bring
5-7 years of experience in direct response marketing, with a strong track record in direct mail campaign management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience integrating digital direct marketing with direct mail campaigns is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with NetSuite and Power BI is a plus, but experience with other CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools is also valued.
High proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet data analysis.
Experience managing external vendors and partners within the direct mail ecosystem.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about achieving marketing KPIs.
