Job Description

Description of the role: The Parts Manager at Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and technicians. Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate orders for parts and accessories * Supervise and train parts department staff * Maintain accurate inventory records * Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency * Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate delivery of parts Requirements: * Previous experience in automotive parts management * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in inventory management systems * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits: Compensation for this role is between $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly.
